Getting Started with Financial Agreements
Financial agreements in Inova are powered by our flexible packages and services that you can tailor to your needs with just a few simple steps.
Package Categories
Packages can be placed into user defined categories so that finding the right package is always quick and easy. Adding and managing categories is a snap in Inova, just click Admin from the left menu, then Add Category under Packages. Most clinics chose to group IVF, IUI, and 3rd Party packages into their own categories for ease of use.
Packages
With some new categories ready for use you are ready to start creating packages. Start with your own patient agreements and design a set of treatment packages that reflect your clinic’s pricing, standard terms and conditions, and any restrictions for the package. Packages provide the capability for endless customization to meet the needs of your clinic’s treatment protocols. Once designed, packages ensure each patient receives a concise, consistent, accurate quote from your financial counseling team.
Services
Many packages have optional components that are not included in your standard of care, such as genetic testing, anesthesia, embryo storage, etc. While you certainly could create separate packages for each scenario, this would quickly become difficult to manage. Services exist to address this need. Much like packages, service support multiple categories that can mirror or differ from package categories based on your needs. All service categories are available when building a financial agreement however.

With packages and services setup for use, creating bespoke financial agreements becomes incredibly efficient.
